November 2012

Owen's class had the cutest Thanksgiving party.  So thankful he can be part of such a great school.

Family Thanksgiving!  I love my sisters.

The Hemingway Cousins...

My favorite family in the whole entire world:

My sweet sisters:
 The Mott family:

The Hemingway family (minus John):

Original siblings (minus John):

Age order (minus John)...how am I so short???

 Laura and the cousins:

Marriage role models.  I'm so thankful for the legacy that my parents and my grandparents have given me especially in the area of marriage.  You're looking at over 95 years of marriage in the pictures below.  Wow!  Typing that made me tear up a little...is that right??  95 years, yup.  wow.  I'm blessed.

Halloween and following...

Shepherd, Gage, and Owen...
 Marley and Campbell...

Scarecrow day at school...

Marley and Uncle Si (duck dynasty) AKA-Nate

I had a girls weekend in Hot Springs with 2 of my besties.

2 of the sweetest kids you'll ever meet:

Marley Grace is 3!

October 2012

When I asked Marley what kind of Birthday Party she wanted to have she knew exactly what she wanted-a pink princess party.  That sounded easy enough.  I borrowed a bounce house from a friend and made tons of pink princess things!

I like to do a timeline of her life in pictures!  so fun to look at.

Princess Laura showed up and read to us about "Gigi, God's Little Princess".  At first Marley thought it was a real princess and could hardly contain herself.  As Aunt Laura started reading Marley got more comfortable and started saying "hey, that's my mom's dress, that's my library book, that's my crown".  It was cracking us all up.

We pinned the kiss on the toad.  I'm no artist...but I was pretty proud of how well I copied this frog.

Oh to be this free...what beauty...

Marley, you are beautiful, inside and out!  We love you and are so proud of you.  Happy 3rd birthday sweet girl.

School has started (a month ago)

A visit from our good friends Byron and Carter Binns (and their parents).

Orientation the day before school started.  Have you ever seen Owen this excited?  He has shocked me with how much he LOVES school.  He's a smartie too.  Mrs. Kercheval was Shepherd's teacher the last 2 years.  We are thrilled that Owen has her this year.

Shepherd was so excited because he got a locker this year!!  This is big time.

I got to go to the "Boo Hoo Breakfast" to celebrate having a kindergartener.  It was more like "ya hoo" for me.  I'm so proud of my little red.

So thankful I get to stay home with this cutie all day everyday.

Back to school party at Chick-fil-A!
